Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping Methods: Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢ Limited Liability Co. utilizes FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL for shipping. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination and method
    of delivery.
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 15 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order as shipped.
  • Delivery: Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy – Damaged/Broken Before Installation:

At Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢, we strive to provide high-quality products. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or broken before installation, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

Eligibility for Damaged/Broken Before Installation Returns:

  • The damage or breakage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The damage or breakage must be due to shipping or manufacturing defects, and not due to
    customer mishandling.
  • The product must not have been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.

Return Process:

  1. Report the Damage: Contact our customer service team at Support@InfernoHydraSystems.com within 3
    days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographic
    or video evidence.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully repackage the damaged product in its original packaging, if possible. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Inspection and Replacement: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the damage. If the damage is confirmed to be pre-installation, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
  5. Refund Option: If a replacement is unavailable, or if you prefer a refund, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • This policy applies only to products damaged or broken before installation. Damage that occurs during or after installation is not covered under this policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the damage is deemed to be caused by customer negligence or misuse.
  • Please retain all original packaging materials until you are satisfied with your purchase.
  • If you choose to return the product for any other reason than damage before installation, our standard return policy will apply

Standard Return of Unused Products

  • Products returned for reasons other than Manufacturing defect or shipping damage will incur a restocking fee.
  • Fees will be calculated based on product and number of items returned.Please contact our customer service at Support@InfernoHydraSystems.com for a list of restocking fees.
  • Shipping will be paid by the customer for any product returned for reasons outside of manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Inferno Hydra Systems (“Inferno Hydra”) is committed to providing high-quality wildfire suppression products. We warrant to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a specified period, as outlined below, from the date of original purchase.

Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during the normal use of the product. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
  • Consumable items, such as batteries (unless specifically stated in the product documentation).
  • Damage caused by failure to perform regular maintenance as outlined in the product documentation.

Warranty Period:

The specific warranty period for each Inferno Hydra Systems product is as follows:

  • Five (5) Years with an annual service package and records of services provided with submitted claim for the core Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢ components The Hydra head, Hydra Shield, Hydra Quell Unit Shell, Hydra Quell Unit Reservoir Tank
  • Two (2) Years with an annual service package and records of services provided with submitted claims for associated products and accessories (e.g., nozzles, sensors, hoses).
  • One (1) Year with an annual service package and records of services provided with submitted claims for electronic components.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, the original purchaser must:

  1. Notify Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢ in writing within 5 days at (Warranty@InfernoHydraSystems.com) of discovering the defect. This notification should include a detailed description of the defect, photos of the defect at the point of failure, the product model and serial number, and proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt, Paid Invoice).
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢. No product will be accepted for warranty service without a valid RMA number.
  3. Return the defective product, prepaid, to Inferno Hydra Systems or an authorized service center. The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Warranty Remedies:

Upon verification of the defect and within the warranty period, Inferno Hydra Systems will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of similar functionality.
  • Refund the original purchase price of the defective product.

The remedy chosen by Inferno Hydra Systems will be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser for any breach of this warranty.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties:

Except for the express warranty set forth herein, Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢ makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The express warranty provided herein is in lieu of all other warranties, obligations, or liabilities on
the part of Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢ arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or performance of its products.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Inferno Hydra Systemsâ„¢ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or performance of its products, even if
Inferno Hydra Systems has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Inferno Hydra Systems’ total
liability for any claim arising out of this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming,
without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Please retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claim.

Inferno Hydra Systems reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect warranties on products purchased prior to the date of the change.
